2lbsChicken Tenders(You can use chicken breasts but will need to cut them into tender size pieces to keep the same cooking time.)
1boxchicken stuffing mixunprepared
8oztub chive and onion cream cheese spread
10.75ozCan Cream of Mushroom Soup
1ozPackage Italian Dressing Mix
In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together your melted butter, chicken broth and stuffing mix until well combined and set aside.
In a different medium sized mixing bowl, mix together your soup, cream cheese spread and Italian dressing mix until completely combined.
Place your chicken tenders in the bottom of your casserole crock pot or 6-quart slow cooker.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly across the top of the chicken.
Once your stuffing mix has completely absorbed the butter and broth, sprinkle it over the top of everything.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
Serve chicken and stuffing together with angel sauce from the bottom of the crock pot spooned over top, if desired.
