Cover a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil (for easy clean up) and place an oven-safe wire cooling rack on top of the aluminum foil.
Take a half of strip of bacon, wrap it around a cracker and place it on the wire cooling rack.
Repeat for the remaining crackers and bacon.
Take a 1/2 teaspoon measuring spoon and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar on top of each bacon wrapped cracker.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and the brown sugar is bubbly.
Let it cool on the cooling rack for 5-10 minutes before serving.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All ovens cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own oven and time adjusted as needed.
