Ingredients
2 1/2
lb
beef round or shoulder roast
1
cup
catsup
12
oz
can beer or non-alcoholic beer
2
oz
onion soup mix
(2 - 1 oz pkgs)
8
hamburger buns
favorite bbq sauce
garnish
Instructions
Put your roast in the bottom of your 6-quart crock pot (I used my
Hamilton Beach Multi-Quart Slow Cooker
)
Mix together your catsup, beer/non-alcoholic beer and soup mix and pour over your roast
Cover and cook on low for 4 - 4 1/2 hours
Shred your beef with two forks
Serve shredded beef on buns with bbq sauce, if desired
