Ingredients

boneless
skinless chicken thighs
3/4
cup
Catalina dressing
1
cup
pineapple chunks
1/4
cup
juice from the can of pineapple chunks

cups
of rice
prepared
Instructions
Place your chicken in the bottom of your crock pot
Pour your dressing on top
Top with your pineapple chunks
Pour your pineapple juice on top
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours
Serve over a bed of rice with the sauce ladled over the top
