Ingredients

plus 1 t all-purpose flour
1/2
c
water

beef rump roast
salt and pepper to taste

onion
thinly sliced

bottle ketchup
mashed potatoes
Instructions
Create a paste with your flour and water
Spread your paste all over your roast
Sprinkle your roast generously with salt and pepper and place in your crock pot
Place your sliced onions all over your roast
Put your catsup all over
Add water to your crock pot until it comes halfway up your roast
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
Take your roast out and put on a serving platter, let it rest for several minutes and slice
Serve over mashed potatoes and top with your gravy
