Top with sausage, half of your cheese, dry mustard and salt
In a separate bowl, beat your eggs with your milk
Pour over layers in your crock pot
Cover with remaining cheese
Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours (it is done when it is set)

I used my good ol' favorite Hamilton Beach Programmable Insulated Slow Cooker for this recipe. As you know, I absolutely love how easy it is to clean. Baked up cheese comes off with a spray of water. It. Is. Awesome. Any 5-6 quart slow cooker will work great for this recipe though. :)
