Put all your ingredients in your 2.5-quart crock pot except for your chips (I used my 2.5-quart polka dot crock pot)
Cover and cook on low for 1 - 1 1/2 hours (make sure you stir it frequently)
Serve with your chips

Dotty was the star crock for this yummy dip. She is my 2.5-quart polka dot crock pot. I would recommend keeping this in a 2-3 quart crock. I'm guessing Cris would use her mini casserole crock. Do you have a favorite crock pot dips?
Just a heads up, cutting softened cream cheese into cubes is a bit messy. However, having it softened helps it to melt along the same timeline as the other cheese...and it is definitely worth some messy finger while prepping! ;)
