These Crock Pot Mini Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers are great as an appetizer or side dish. Simple to make and quickly devoured, these mini stuffed peppers are a hit at parties or as a delicious treat of a side dish.
In a bowl, mix the sausage, cream cheese, garlic powder and onion powder.
Fill peppers with mixture and spread out peppers in a casserole crock or 6 quart slow cooker, layering when necessary.
Cook on high for 1-2 hours until peppers become tender. Cool the mini cream cheese stuffed peppers briefly before serving. Filling will be hot.
Notes
This recipe is altered from a recipe in a great little cookbook by Gooseberry Patch called 150 Recipes in a 13x9 Pan.
We LOVED using our Casserole Crock for this recipe because it really let us spread out the peppers.

All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
