Crock Pot Lettuce Wraps
Are you looking for a good ground beef recipe? We love these Crock Pot Lettuce Wraps for an Asian-inspired dish for family dinner or flavorful lunch.
Lean Ground Beef
Red Bell Pepper
Can Water Chestnuts
drained and chopped
Romaine Lettuce Leaves
washed and dried
Additional Soy Sauce and Hoisin Sauce to Taste.
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
Drain and place in 4 quart slow cooker. (We used
our favorite 4 quart non-stick slow cooker.
Add soy sauce, bell pepper and water chestnuts and stir well.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 90 min- 2 hours.
Stir in Hoisin Sauce and serve with a slotted spoon onto lettuce leaves.
We used our favorite
non-stick browning 4 quart slow cooker
to make this truly a one-pot meal.
