Rice can be tricky in the crock pot. Without trying it first, I can’t make a recommendation for what changes need made when using long cooking rice. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes.

I haven’t tried this with cooked rice. I’m not sure how the cooked rice would do in casserole. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes.
