Crock Pot Beef and Noodles

- 2 lb beef chuck roast
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup onion chopped (or ¼ cup dried minced onion)
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
- extra-wide egg noodles prepared
- mashed potatoes
Put your roast in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Mix together your broth, onion and seasonings.
Pour broth mixture over your roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Make a bed of mashed potatoes topped with extra-wide egg noodles.
Place a serving of beef on top of the mashed potatoes and egg noodles.
Ladle juice top and serve.
