Put your chicken broth in a 3//,/ quart pot and add water until about 2/3 full and bring to a boil
Peel (if desired) and cube up your potatoes and place them in your pot
Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, until your potatoes are fork tender and drain
Mash potatoes with your minced garlic, sour cream, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper
