In a large bowl, mix together everything except your ground beef and tater tots with a hand mixer or a stand mixer until well combined.
Add your cooked and drained ground beef to the cream cheese mixture and gently mix until all of your beef is well coated.
Spread out the cream cheese and beef mixture evenly in a lightly greased 9x13 casserole dish.
Top everything with your frozen tater tots.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, turn your baking dish and bake for an additional 10-20 minutes, until your tater tots have reached desired crispness.
