Instructions
In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown your ground beef with your chopped onions and chopped green peppers and drain.
Put your ground beef mixture and all remaining ingredients, except cheese and optional serving ingredients, in your 6 quart slow cooker and stir until well combined.
Sprinkle your cheese evenly across the top of everything.
Cover and cook on high for 50 minutes to 1.5 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking. It is done when the cheese is completely melted.
Serve over a bed of lettuce and with your favorite taco toppings.
