These Easy Skillet Chicken Thighs are a great main dish to make when you want some yummy chicken but do not want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen!
Pour your oil in a large skillet and heat it over medium heat.
Pat your chicken thighs dry with paper towels and sprinkle as little or as much seasoning salt as you want on your chicken and press it into the skin.
Place your chicken in the skillet and cover for 7 minutes.
Flip your chicken, cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes on medium heat. If the internal temperature of your chicken hasn't reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit, reduce your heat to medium low and cook for and additional 2-5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165.
