Place your 3 of your pork chops in the bottom of your crock pot
Using a mixer, mix together your ranch dressing mix, softened cream cheese cubes and soup until smooth.
Spoon a little less than half your cream cheese mixture over your pork chops and spread evenly.
Place your remaining pork chops on top of everything and spread remaining mixture evenly over the last pork chops.
Cover and cook on low for around 4 hours or on high for around 2 hours, stirring your sauce halfway through cooking, if possible.
Remove your pork chops from your crock pot and place on top of a bed of angel hair pasta, if desired.
Mix your sauce in your crock pot until smooth and spoon over pork chops and pasta.
