How to Make Creamy Ranch Pork Chops in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
To be perfectly honest, I was surprised to see that this recipe was not already on Recipes That Crock. I thought for sure I had posted this Creamy Ranch Crock Pot Pork Chops recipe before. As it turns out, I had posted the Crock Pot Creamy Ranch Chicken version of this recipe, but not the pork chop version. To me, it seemed like high time I shared this recipe with you. It is so delicious.
Technically, you could serve these pork chops on their own. However, I highly recommend serving this over a bed of angel hair pasta. My family absolutely loved it. Once the pasta is cooked and drained, I toss it in a bit of olive oil so that I can serve up portions to everyone, and I can store leftovers without the pasta sticking together. What is great is that the leftovers are just as incredible as the first day.
