How to Make Creamy Cajun Pork Chops in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
The flavor of this Creamy Cajun Crock Pot Pork Chops recipe is amazing. I knew it would be since I had tried this combination with chicken before and loved the results. My family gobbled it up and raved about the meal. That is always a good feeling.
I made this in a casserole crock pot so I could layout my pork chops in one layer. If you do not have a casserole crock pot, I think it would work in a 6 quart slow cooker as well. However, with the meat being stacked, it will change the cooking time. So, as always, when making this recipe for the first time, watch it closely to adjust the cooking time as needed for your particular slow cooker.
We served this over rice since we do not eat low carb. However, if you are eating low carb and want to try this without rice, I think it would taste just as amazing on its own. If you give it a try on its own, let me know what you think in the comments below.
