How to Make Easy Onion Potatoes on a Stove Top or in an Electric Skillet
Aunt Lou here.
I was looking for a crock pot recipe to convert to a stove top recipe for you guys the other day. That’s when I remembered the electric skillet Michael got me for Christmas. I was so excited because I knew this Easy Onion Potatoes recipe would be perfect in it! And, not to pat myself on the shoulder, I was right! If you don’t have a electric skillet, this also works on your stop top with a deep 11 inch skillet. Either way, they are so flavorful and delicious! (If you still want to crock it, you can find the recipe here.)
These yummy potatoes would go well with a variety of dishes. They have a savory flavor that would go well with many different chicken, beef or pork dishes. We paired it with chicken the first times I made them. Regardless of what you decide to serve them with, I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Delicious recipe! I used an electric skillet and think I will turn it down a little next time. An easy and tasty way to make potatoes for a large family dinner.
