Sometimes you just want something different. However, if you are like me, you don’t want to spend forever making a recipe, I have a treat for you! These Crock Pot Dijonnaise Potatoes are easy to make and delicious! Win! Win!
Crock Pot Dijonnaise Potatoes

Ingredients for Crock Pot Dijonnaise Potatoes
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3-4 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
How to Make Dijonnaise Potatoes in a Crock Pot
- Stir together your mustard, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in your 2-3 quart crock pot (I used Dotty, my 2.5-quart polka dot crock pot)
- Add your potatoes and onion and stir
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours

Made this recipe twice all ready…love it!! The second time I changed it a little. I am sure you have had green beans with vinegar and bacon pieces…well, I started the potatoes as normal, but later in the cooking time, I added the green beans and precooked bacon pieces…VeryGood!!!
