My kids were chompin’ at the bit to get at this Crock Pot Roasted Chicken. They were very impatient while Mommy was taking pictures. Daddy wasn’t even home yet and they were ready to devour it! My guess is that it will be devoured in your house too!

Do you cut the lemon or just put it in the chicken whole??

      Hi Tanya!

I followed the recipe and put the lemon in whole. I haven’t tried it, but if you want more lemon flavor, you could cut it up and stick it inside. If you do, let me know what you think. Enjoy!

I only have a 6qt slow cooker. Would this be too small for my crockpot?

      Hi Karen!

I haven’t tried making this in one of my 6-quart slow cookers yet, but if I did, I would watch it closely the first time I made it to make sure you know how the cooking time is altered with the different size slow cooker. Enjoy!
