Who are the people behind Recipes That Crock?
The Recipes That Crock team consists of Cris, Aunt Lou and Mikey.
Cris
Cris founded Recipes That Crock in 2013. Slow cooking helps Cris keep her sanity while keeping up with her busy family. She loves encouraging others in the kitchen and believes anyone can put together a great meal without having to spend all day in the kitchen. She created this site to help others do just that!
In 2017, Cris went Low Carb and (at our readers’ requests) began sharing low carb crock pot recipes (instant pot & air fryer too!) in addition to the comfort food recipes we are known for on the site. Learn more about Cris here.
Aunt Lou
Aunt Lou (Cris’ sister) is also a big part of the Recipes That Crock family and has been contributing recipes to the site since the beginning. Mikey (Cris’ husband) has been cooking up recipes from Recipes That Crock on the family YouTube channel As Goode As It Gets since 2016. Specializing in a long form cooking show, our family channel focuses on having a good time in the kitchen while preparing good food for your family.
