How to Make Easy Creamy BBQ Pork in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

I recently received an email from one of our readers. She receives a box of food each month with canned meats in it. She asked that I make some recipes using either canned beef or canned pork. You can find the recipe I developed with canned beef here, and now you have this yummy Easy Creamy Crock Pot BBQ Pork recipe! Times are hard for many, so I truly hope this recipe can help out not only the reader who emailed me, but anyone else looking for recipe ideas for canned meat!

This recipe is derived from our Crock Pot Creamy BBQ Pork that is made with a pork loin. Using the canned pork cuts the cooking time down, but still gives you the same delicious flavor. You are going to love it! I am guessing you will love the shorter cooking time too since it means you can easily make this for a weeknight dinner!

If you need to feed a larger crowd, you can easily double this recipe and use a larger crock pot. The cooking time should be similar, but (like with all recipes) you will want to watch it closely the first time you make it to adjust the cooking time as needed.
