How to Make Pulled Pork in a Slow Cooker
Cris here.
I have loved making pulled pork in my slow cooker for years. I love how simple it is to throw a pork roast in my slow cooker and let it cook all day. The meat comes out perfectly tender every single time.
Beginner Tip: If your pork is not fork tender and does not shred easily, it needs to cook longer. Put a lid on it a check in another hour.
Ways to Make Pulled Pork Sandwiches Low Carb
For recipes that involve sandwiches, we either eat as a salad, on a low carb bun, in a low carb tortilla or low carb lavash wrap.
We enjoy our pulled pork with low carb sauces such as ranch and/or low carb BBQ sauce.
