Instructions

  • Place your pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased casserole crock pot or a 6-quart crock pot
  • Mix together your honey, salt and pepper
  • Drizzle your mixture over your pork chops
  • Place your pecans on the tops of your pork chops
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, until the middle of your pork chops reach proper internal temperature
  • Serve with cooking juices and a drizzle of honey

  1. These sound great! Hate to ask a dumb question, but would it be OK to brown the pork chops before placing in the slow cooker?
    They would be fine as is to me , but the wife eats with her “eyes”, and she much prefers brown coloring on her meat.
    LOVE the recipes, thanks!
