Growing up, one of my favorite meals Momma would make is her meatloaf. It is delicious and easier to make than you would think! I have already made this in my Crock Pot and Instant Pot, so I thought I would also show you how to make this in your oven as well!

Old Fashioned Meatloaf Oven Recipe
Old Fashioned Meatloaf (Oven Recipe)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cup oats or cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup ketchup plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
- Mix together all of your ingredients in a bowl
- Spray your baking pan with cooking spray
- Press your ground beef mixture into your baking pan and make a groove down the middle
- Top with as little or much ketchup as you desire
- Cook for approximately 30 minutes, until the center of your meatloaf reaches safe internal cooking temperature, turning halfway through cooking time if your oven does not cook evenly
