I have a treat for you today, dear readers! This Crock Pot Melt In Your Mouth Pork Sandwiches recipe is so yummy and super simple to put together. If you have tried any of our other Melt In Your Mouth recipes, you know that the recipes in this series have wonderful flavor and melt in your mouth tender. They are not only a favorite in my house; they are also a reader favorite.
If you need to feed a larger crowd, this recipe could easily be doubled and put in a 6 quart crock pot. However, if you do not need so many portions, you are in luck! You can make the recipe as it is written and freeze whatever amount you do not want to eat at the time. Then you will have a quick and easy meal ready to go at a later time. I love when I have enough to freeze for later. It makes making dinner at a later date super easy!
What You Will Need for Crock Pot Melt In Your Mouth Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients Needed
- 2 lb pork loin
- 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup
- Garlic salt and dried parsley to taste
- Buns
Equipment Needed
- Can opener
- Two forks
- Slotted serving spoon
- 4 quart crock pot
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes or less
- Cooking Time: 6 to 8 hours on low (I highly recommend cooking this on low so the pork will be fall-apart tender.)
- Shredding Time: 5 minutes to shred your pork loin with two forks

Crock Pot Melt In Your Mouth Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork loin
- 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- garlic salt and dried parsley to taste
- buns
Instructions
- Place your pork loin in the bottom of your 4-quart crock pot.
- Pour your soup over the pork loin and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the pork loin with two forks.
- Place servings of shredded pork on buns with a slotted serving spoon.
