How to Make Melt In Your Mouth Pork Loin Dinner in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
We really love the Melt In Your Mouth series of recipes in my house. (You can find all of the recipes in the series here.) I am also a fan of one pot meals. So, it just made sense for me to make this Melt In Your Mouth Crock Pot Pork Loin Dinner. This recipe gives you a full meal that is flavorful, easy to prepare and has plenty of servings. Whether you are feeding a crowd or want leftovers, this recipe will definitely do that!
What You Will Need for Melt In Your Mouth Crock Pot Pork Loin Dinner
Ingredients Needed
- 16 oz bag baby carrots
- 6 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into wedges
- 4 lb pork loin, trimmed
- 10.5 oz can pork gravy
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- .87 oz pork gravy mix
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Equipment Needed
- Vegetable peeler
- Sharp knife
- Cutting board
- Can opener
- Spoon
- Measuring spoon
- Measuring cup (and small bowl if your measuring cup isn’t big enough to stir the water and gravy mix together)
- Fork or small whisk
- 6 quart slow cooker
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cooking Time: 8 to 10 hours on low, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly (I don’t recommend cooking this on high. You will get the best “melt in your mouth” results by cooking this on low.)
