How to Make Pork Tenderloin Dinner in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
If you want a phenomenal dinner that will have your kids begging to eat their veggies, this Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin Dinner is the way to go! My 8 year old and 5 year old went nuts over this dinner. It is straight up amazing!
So, I can’t take full credit for this amazing recipe. Reader Mary commented on our Crock Pot Pork Loin with Gravy recipe that she added onions, celery and carrots under the pork loin. I thought that was straight up brilliance, so we did as Mary suggested and also added in some yummy potatoes too! Any meal that has my kids asking for more, including their veggies, is a winner in my book! Thank you Mary for the great suggestion!
My original plan was to use a pork loin and not a tenderloin. When I placed my order for my groceries, I ordered a pork loin. However, when I picked up my order, I had a pork tenderloin in groceries. Either way, this was an amazing dinner my family thoroughly enjoyed! I would bet money that you and your loved ones will too!
