How to Make Garlic Roast Dinner in a Slow Cooker
Aunt Lou here.
Michael loves to cook. On the weekends, he always gives me a break by taking care of the cooking. This past weekend he made a delicious roast that I knew I was going to have to share with you, dear readers. The roast was fork tender and flavorful. The potatoes and carrots and onions were divine! When your kids are asking for seconds on their veggies, you know it is a good recipe!
This is a perfect recipe for when you need an all day recipe. The great thing about a beef roast is that cooking it low and slow just makes it super tender. If you are wanting a sliceable roast, you do not want to let this cook for the longest period of time. However, if you want a fall apart roast, then you can let this amazing Garlic Crock Pot Roast Dinner go all day long!
This time we made the roast with full size carrots. Most times we use baby carrots. If you want to baby carrots to speed up the prep time, that is perfectly fine. Either way, you will have a phenomenal dinner ready for you and your family!

Hey Aunt Lou, this looks delicious! That would be unseasoned meat tenderizer, correct?
Hi Kim!
He actually used a seasoned meat tenderizer. You can use whichever you prefer!
Enjoy!
