Melt-In-Your-Mouth Instant Pot Pork Chops:
Do you use a quick release or natural release (how many minutes) after the pork chops have cooked 10 minutes?
Hi Mary Ellen!
You can let it natural release for 15 minutes before quick releasing.
Enjoy!

Will cream of mushroom change the recipe too much? Not a fan of celery?
Hi dgarad!
I haven’t tried it with cream of mushroom soup, but think it could work. You could also try cream of chicken soup. It will change the flavor some, but should still be yummy. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes!

Would it be a problem to use milk instead of water? I prefer the creaminess of milk but don’t want to ruin the recipe. I’m pretty new to the Instant Pot; I’ve only used mine a couple of times so far.
Hi Pat!
I haven’t tried using milk in this recipe. I’m not sure how it would affect it. If you try it, let me know how it goes!
