Aunt Lou here.

Michael got a great deal on chicken at the store the other day. He grilled some of it, but we weren’t sure what to do with the rest of the chicken. Then I happen to come across our Crock Pot Melt-In-Your-Mouth Pork Chops and knew exactly what I wanted to do with the chicken! This Crock Pot Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken can be throw together in a jiffy and is wonderful comfort food that melts in your mouth! 😉 Ryder kept saying over and over, “Mom! This is SO good! I could just eat and eat and eat it!”

Hey Aunt Lou, any “guestament” on the amount of garlic salt and dried parsley? I’m terrible at “to taste”…no clue whatsoever! 😊 Is that chicken breast? We prefer white meat. Thank you!

      Hi Kim!

I would start with one teaspoon each. You can tell from there how you like it. We LOVE this recipe! I hope you do too!
