Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
Put your chicken tenders in a gallon size baggie, pour in your extra virgin olive oil, close baggie and gently shake the tenders around until all of them are coated.
Open the baggie, sprinkle in your taco seasoning, close baggie, and gently shake until the tenders are well coated.
Place 3 or 4 chicken tenders (you want one layer with them not touching) in your Ninja Foodi or 7 quart air fryer.
Air fry for 4-5 minutes at 390 degrees. (The timing will depend on the size of your tenders. If they are smaller, start with 4 minutes. If they are large, start with 5 minutes.)
Flip your chicken tenders and air fryer for an additional 4-5 minutes, until the internal temperature of your chicken tenders reaches at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once one batch has completed cooking, place them on a plate and cover with aluminum foil while you wait for the other chicken tenders to cook.
Repeat cooking time for remaining chicken tenders.
You can serve them as they are or cut then into bite size pieces to be used in tacos, burritos, taco salad, quesadillas, etc.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
Finally, all air fryers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own air fryer and time adjusted as needed.
