Melt your chocolate, butter and peanut butter in a large pot (big enough for all your cereal to be stirred in later), stirring frequently.
Turn off heat and slowly stir in your cereal until evenly coated.
Pour your powdered sugar into a large, container with a tight lid or a bag that can be sealed.
Pour your coated cereal into your container with your powdered sugar, tightly close lid or seal the bag and gently shake/toss until well coated.
Store in an air-tight container.
