Wrap each pork chop with 2 slices of bacon and place in a 2.5 quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle your gravy mix over the top evenly.
Pour your soup evenly over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 2.5-3 hours or 1 hours and 15 minutes to 1.5 hours on high, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
If desired, turn broiler on high and place bacon wrapped pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (for easy clean up) and broil for approximately 3 minutes, until bacon reaches desired crispness.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
