Lightly spray your 2.5 quart or 4 quart crock pot with cooking spray.
Place your chicken in your crock pot.
In a small bowl, mix together all your remaining ingredients, except your cheese and buns, and pour over your chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2 hours or high for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Shred your chicken with 2 forks.
Add your cheese and stir until melted.
Serve with a slotted spoon on your hamburger buns.
