How to make Cheesy Sloppy Joe Chicken for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

We love quick and easy recipes in this house. One great thing about converting larger recipes into recipes with two servings is that they cook up so much faster since the insert of my slow cooker is not at last two thirds full. It means that I can totally space putting a recipe on for dinner until the afternoon and still have dinner on the table by the time the kids are telling me they are hungry. This Cheesy Crock Pot Sloppy Joe Chicken for Two recipe cooks up super fast in my smaller slow cookers and tastes just as good as the original recipe! (If you need more servings, you can find the original recipe here.)
