How to Make Good Gravy Pork Chops for Two in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
Ever since Momma came up with the very first Good Gravy recipe, we have loved it around my house and so have our readers. One of the most asked questions we get is, “How do I make this for just two people?” So, since the original Good Gravy Crock Pot Pork Chops recipe is a favorite, it just made sense to give this Crock Pot Good Gravy Pork Chops for Two recipe a try. It is just as delicious and fall-apart tender as the original recipe. (You can find all our Good Gravy recipes here.)
You might notice that the cooking times are shorter for this recipe for two than the original recipe. When a recipe does not fill up an insert to either halfway or two thirds full, then it will generally cook faster. That is what is happening with these pork chops. As always, you will want to watch your pork chops closely the first time you make it so you can know how your specific unit cooks this main dish and adjust the timing as needed.
