The description of this recipe is literally true – it is incredibly simple and gives you a wonderful gravy!! I was amazed that these ordinary ingredients can produce such a delicious gravy! The only issue I had was I couldn’t find the “beefy mushroom soup” it calls for, so I just used Campbell’s Mushroom Soup with Roasted Garlic. It still came out terrific! So glad I would this recipe!

Do you cook the pork chops first?
Aunt Lou says
No need to sear or cook your chops first. You just put them in the crock pot raw, and your crock pot will do all the work! Enjoy!
Elaine says
Made it. Was very good, but cheese didn’t melt. Stirred and left in pot, but no luck. Any ideas.
