How to Make Cheesy Sloppy Joe Chicken in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Cheesy Crock Pot Sloppy Joe Chicken recipe is not only super simple, it is amazingly flavorful. Everyone in my house devoured these sandwiches. I am guessing you and your loved ones will greatly enjoy this recipe too!

As you know, I’m a Manwich girl. It is what I grew up with as “Sloppy Joe”. (And no, they are not sponsoring this post, I just love it. lol) So, for me to say that this is AMAZING is a pretty big deal. The flavors of your sauce blend so well with the chicken. It is a flavor extravaganza in your mouth!

If you need to feed more people, feel free to double or triple this recipe and adjust your crock pot size accordingly. This would be a great way to feed a crowd and send everyone home with a full belly and a smile on their face! If you really want to mix things up, you could make this recipe and the ground beef version Cris made a while back. That way, no matter the preference of those you are feeding (chicken or beef), you have a delicious sandwich for them to enjoy!

SO YUMMY!!! I decided too late to make this recipe to use a crock pot so I put it in my Insta pot for 30 minutes and it turned out great! I will definitely be making this again soon! I would love to break this up and freeze it in single serves so I will have a quick meal on a busy night!
