Combine your gravy mixture with your ground beef until all your beef is evenly coated.
Evenly spread your ground beef mixture across the bottom of a lightly greased 2.5 quart crock pot.
Spoon your mashed potatoes evenly across the top of your beef mixture.
Cook on low for 1-1.5 hours or high for around 45 minutes, it is done when your gravy is at a good simmer.
Serve potatoes and beef mixture spooned over a piece of bread.
