I have taken one of our tried and true recipes and adapted it for those who need only two servings. You are going to love this Crock Pot Mississippi Chicken for Two.
Lay chicken thighs in the bottom of your 2.5 quart or 4 quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle mixes on top.
Place butter on top.
Add pepperoncinis around your chicken.
Cook for 2 hours and 10 minutes to 2 hours and 40 minutes on low or 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes on high, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
