Put all your ingredients in a 2.5 to 4 quart slow cooker, except your water and stir until everything is mixed well.
Add just enough water to barely cover your ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 1 hour to 1 hour and 5 minutes or on high for 30 to 40 minutes, until the macaroni reaches the desired texture. Stir halfway through cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly. (Watch it closely so you do not overcook your pasta.)
