How to Make Beefy Mac Casserole for Two in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
When it comes to simple recipes, this Crock Pot Beefy Mac Casserole for Two takes the cake, especially if you have some of our Crock Pot Make Ahead Ground Beef already in your freezer. If you do have that in your freezer, like I did, this is a dump and go recipe. It cooks up to al dented in just about an hour on low (if that is how you like your macaroni, watch it closely before the hour mark in case your slow cooker cooks hotter than mine). I like my macaroni a little less firm, so I was happy with it around the hour and five minute to hour and seven minute mark. Either way, this recipe cooks up really fast for a slow cooker and is absolutely delicious!
