How to Make Beefy Mac Casserole in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
This Crock Pot Beefy Mac Casserole is a snap to throw together and has a great flavor. It is like a homemade Hamburger Helper and just as simple to make! I served this up at our camp this weekend, and everyone devoured it.
When I make recipes with pasta in it, I often have people ask if they can use uncooked pasta. So, I thought I would give it a try with this recipe. With all our recipes, we always tell you to watch it closely the first time you do it, and this recipe is no different. If you don’t keep an eye on it, your macaroni can go from perfect to mush. Every slow cooker cooks differently, so you could make this recipe in one 4 quart slow cooker and have perfect pasta at an hour and half while with another 4 quart slow cooker you would need to go for 2 hours. Please watch it closely so you can enjoy this yumminess!
