Mix together all your ingredients, except your shredded cheddar cheese, in a 2.5 quart to 4 quart slow cooker until well combined.
Sprinkle your cheese evenly across the top.
Cover and cook 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes on low or 30 to 40 minutes on high, it is done when the cheese is melted completely.
