This Crock Pot Cheddar Chili Mac for Two gives you very generous servings and cooks up so quickly for a slow cooker recipe. From start to finish, this amazing recipe can be done in less than an hour. I knew this recipe was good because I made it before. However, I forgot how much my picky eater loves this recipe. She gobbled up her bowl of this with a smile on her face. So, I am confident to say this meal is picky eater approved!

One great thing about this recipe is that it is a one pot meal. You have meat, veggies and pasta all in one great dish. I just love it when I a recipe I make can take care of the entire meal!

What You Will Need for Crock Pot Cheddar Chili Mac for Two

Ingredients Needed

  • 1/2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1/2 cup macaroni, cooked al dente (The measurement is made before cooking.)
  • 1 cup mild chili beans with juices from can
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup mild shredded cheddar cheese

  • Prep Time: 10 to 12 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes on low or 30 to 40 minutes on high, it is done when the cheese is melted completely

    1. I am making this today for lunch for my husband and I. We enjoy your recipes for 2 because of the portion size. He eats way too much of larger recipes because he can not seem to understand “portions”!! I’ll let you know how this turns out because I did not use beans… sorry, but in Texas it just doesn’t seem right to have the words chili and beans in one recipe!
