Heat 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and brown your pork chops on each side for 3 minutes each.
Drain the excess oil from your skillet.
Using a mixer, mix together your ranch dressing mix, cream cheese spread and soup until smooth.
Reduce heat to low and spoon your cream cheese mixture over pork chops.
Place the lid on your skillet and let it simmer for 5 minutes, flip your pork chops, spoon some cream cheese mixture on top, replace lid and simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Remove your pork chops from your skillet and place on top of a bed of angel hair pasta, if desired.
Stir your cream cheese sauce in your skillet until smooth and spoon over pork chops and pasta.
