How to Make Creamy Ranch Pork Chops on a Stove Top
Aunt Lou here.
This Creamy Ranch Pork Chops recipe is the stove top version of a family favorite crock pot recipe. (If you would rather cRock this recipe, you can find the original recipe here.) So, I knew that this recipe would go over well in my house. The stove top version of this recipe is just as good as the crock pot version.
I did make a change to this recipe to make it work better for the shorter cooking time on the stove top. I decided to use cream cheese spread instead of block cream cheese. By using the cream cheese spread in this recipe, your sauce can cook up without the cubes of the block cream cheese needing to melt. Using the cream cheese spread results in this incredible, delicious and smooth sauce that is easy to whip up (see what I did there 😉 ) and cooks quickly. With the quick cooking time, this recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight when you need dinner in a hurry.
