1/3cupmilk(If you want a thinner sauce, you can use 1/2 cup instead.)
Instructions
Peel and cut up 6 potatoes, place in a medium sized pot, cover potatoes with water and heat to a low boil over high heat. (It will come to a boil faster with a lid on the pot.)
Reduce heat to medium and cook at a low boil for 7 to 10 minutes for smaller cubes or 15 to 20 minutes for larger cubes of potatoes, until they are fork tender.
Drain the water off the potatoes, return the potatoes to the pot and add the remaining ingredients.
Put your pot back on your burner and cook on low, stirring continually until your sauce is smooth. (This only takes 2-3 minutes.)

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. All stove tops cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own stove top and time adjusted as needed.
